Mountain Home Athletic Club has its roots as a Tennis facility as far back as 1978 when Dr. Robert Nosari first opened the Racquet Club. Since then we have expanded our tennis to include several more outdoor courts and an indoor facility. Although the facilities and name have changed one thing that hasn’t is our dedication to tennis as a lifetime sport for all ages. The Athletic Club offers year round tennis with 24/7/365 access to a climate controlled indoor tennis court, 5 outdoor lighted tennis courts, locker rooms, showers, sauna and seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Mountain Home Athletic Club offers men's and women's tennis leagues, private and group tennis lessons, and the popular Cardio Tennis conditioning program. With Cardio Tennis, you don't have to play tennis to participate. It’s a wonderfully different aerobics class that’s fun for everyone and a change of pace from traditional group fitness classes. For our junior tennis players, ages 3-18, we offer the Mountain Home Athletic Club Junior Tennis Academy. We offer three teaching tennis pros that offer quality instruction to excel in tennis and life.; Mountain Home High School Tennis Team holds practice and team matches in the fall here at Mountain Home Athletic Club and won the Arkansas State Championship in 2006. The Athletic Club’s USTPA tennis pro helped coach the team to the state championship in 2006. We offer every level of USTA Team Tennis for both men and women including regular, senior, mixed combo doubles and more. Mountain Home Athletic Club hosts several fundraiser tennis tournaments during the summer including the , Rally for the Cure to benefit breast cancer, and the Bomber Smash to benefit Mountain Home High School Tennis Team. We also host Adult sanctioned and Junior sanctioned tournaments throughout the year.
